This range is a non-binding planning estimate, not a quote, offer or guarantee of price. It is based on client-reported NetSuite price benchmarks published in October 2026: base platform by edition, per-user licenses, add-on modules and implementation ranges by company size. NetSuite licensing is priced by Oracle NetSuite and depends on your contract, users, modules and term; implementation depends on scope. Final pricing comes only in a written proposal from Cumula 3 Group. Prices in USD, before taxes. Ranges updated October 2026.
Full users run about $129–$199 per user per month on current client-reported pricing. Employee self-service seats, for people who only enter time, expenses or approvals, run about $15–$25. Moving light users to self-service seats is the most common renewal saving.
It is a one-time fee on top of the subscription: roughly $25,000–$75,000 for a single-entity company with standard processes, $75,000–$200,000 for a mid-market company with integrations and several modules, and $150,000–$500,000 or more for multi-subsidiary, manufacturing or warehouse rollouts. Entities, data quality, integrations and customization drive the number.
Yes. Expect an annual increase at renewal, and a larger effective increase when modules or user counts change at the same time. The size depends on whether your contract has a cap, so get the cap in writing before you sign and start renewal conversations at least 90 days out.
The subscription is NetSuite's price either way: partners sell the same subscription from the same price list, and discounts need NetSuite's approval in both cases. What changes with a partner is who scopes and runs the implementation and who answers the phone afterward, so compare implementation scope, not license price.
You can add users and modules at any time, co-termed to your contract. Removing them only happens at renewal, which is why buying more than you need in year one is the most expensive mistake.
QuickBooks costs a few hundred dollars a month; NetSuite starts around $1,000 a month plus users, plus a one-time implementation. The jump pays off when you run multiple entities, inventory or more than about ten finance users and are holding QuickBooks together with spreadsheets and add-ons.
Ranges are client-reported NetSuite price benchmarks published in October 2026, not Oracle list prices. Your quote depends on scope. Updated October 2026.
